Guidelines for a Safe and Enjoyable Stay at The Oaks RV Park

Thank you for choosing The Oaks RV Park & Campground! While you’re here, our goal is to make your stay safe, relaxing, and memorable. Please take a moment to review our park rules and policies.

🛑 General Rules

  • 🚗 Please drive slowly — Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.

  • 🧾 Only registered guests may occupy a site. One RV per site. No tents.

  • 👨‍👩‍👧 Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times — especially near the pool.

  • 🏊 The Oaks does not provide lifeguards. Children must be monitored at all times.

  • 🧹 Keep your campsite clean — dispose of trash, bottles, cans, etc. properly.

  • 🗑️ Use dumpsters provided for household waste only.

  • 🔥 All fire pits must be in containers. No open/uncontained fires allowed.

  • 🛺 Golf carts must be registered with the office and equipped with working lights. Drivers must be at least 16 and hold a valid driver’s license.

  • 🛠️ No auto repairs on-site unless cleared by the office.

  • 🚫 No window A/C units, clotheslines, or outside storage racks are permitted.

  • 🚗 Vehicles must be parked within your site and off the grass.

  • 💵 Fees must be paid on time. A $50 late fee will apply every 7 days after the due date.

  • 🚫 No public intoxication or illegal drugs — violations result in immediate ejection

  • 🕗 Quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM.

🌊 Ponds Rules

  • 🚫 No motorized vehicles or vessels allowed in the pond.

  • 🎣 Fishing is allowed — please clean fish only at the designated station.

🐾 Pets Rules

  • 🐶 Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.

  • 🚫 No more than 3 pets per RV.

  • 🐕 Pets must remain in your control — even in pens. If your pen is placed on grass, you are still responsible for cleaning up and maintaining that area.

  • 🚫 Pets are not allowed in the pool area, and must never be left unattended outside.

  • We do not sell or share your personal info with third parties for direct marketing.
  • You may receive SMS messages related to your stay. Reply STOP to unsubscribe
  • By booking with us, you agree to receive occasional marketing messages per our terms.
