🚗 Please drive slowly — Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.

🧾 Only registered guests may occupy a site. One RV per site. No tents.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times — especially near the pool.

🏊 The Oaks does not provide lifeguards. Children must be monitored at all times.

🧹 Keep your campsite clean — dispose of trash, bottles, cans, etc. properly.

🗑️ Use dumpsters provided for household waste only.

🔥 All fire pits must be in containers. No open/uncontained fires allowed.

🛺 Golf carts must be registered with the office and equipped with working lights. Drivers must be at least 16 and hold a valid driver’s license.

🛠️ No auto repairs on-site unless cleared by the office.

🚫 No window A/C units, clotheslines, or outside storage racks are permitted.

🚗 Vehicles must be parked within your site and off the grass.

💵 Fees must be paid on time. A $100 late fee will apply every 7 days after the due date.

🚫 No public intoxication or illegal drugs — violations result in immediate ejection

🕗 Quiet hours are 9 PM – 8 AM.
