What’s Happening at The Oaks in September?
September starts with a Labor Day weekend sendoff to summer, followed by a neighbor get-together and Saturday evenings at the pool.
The Great Summer Wrap Up
September 4–7, 2026
Celebrate one last hurrah during Labor Day Weekend with a site decorating contest all weekend and DJ Jerry & Bob on September 5 from 2:00–5:00 p.m.
Float, Sip & Celebrate Your Neighbors
September 16, 2026 • 5:00 p.m.–Late
Bring your favorite floaty, something to drink, and meet your neighbors here at The Oaks. Food will be catered by the campground.
September Movie Nights
Join us at the pool at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday nights. September begins with a Glow Stick Pool Party, followed by Alice in Wonderland, Coco, and Coraline.

Join us for Movie Night at the Pool at 8:00 p.m. Popcorn and drink combos are available for $3.

The Oaks’ Golden 5
We have plenty of campground guidelines, but these are five friendly reminders that seem to need a little extra reminding. Help us keep The Oaks clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone by remembering our Golden 5.
1. Make Mowing Days Easier
Lawn care is typically completed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please keep the area around your site clear so our maintenance team can work safely and efficiently. If you disconnect your sewer hose on mowing days, our team can trim the grass closer around your hookups and site.
2. Keep Vehicles Off the Grass
Please park vehicles in designated areas only. This helps protect our grass and keeps sites and common areas looking their best.
3. Trash Goes in the Dumpster
Please dispose of household trash inside the designated dumpsters and do not leave items outside. Burning trash at your site is not permitted.
4. Remember: 5 MPH Means 5 MPH
Our campground speed limit is 5 MPH. Please slow down and watch for guests, children, pets, and golf carts throughout the park.
5. Leash It & Pick It Up
Pets must be kept on a leash whenever they are outside your RV or cabin, and please always clean up after them.
These may not be our only campground rules, but they’re five that make a big difference every day. Thank you for helping us take care of The Oaks!
