Nightly: $38

Weekly: $228

Monthly: $575/month plus metered electric

All monthly stays under 90 days are subject to lodging tax.

Nightly & Weekly: A one-night deposit is due at the time of booking. It is nonrefundable if canceled within 14 days of arrival.

Monthly: A $100 deposit is due at the time of booking. It is nonrefundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival.
